Our first stop is KEO Wine, a historic winery where Commandaria sweet wine has been treasured for centuries. Walking through the cellar, you can feel the stories of generations held in each oak barrel. Then comes Zambartas Wineries, where tradition meets innovation, and a sip of Xynisteri or Mavro captures the essence of the island’s sun, soil, and spirit.

High in the Troodos mountains, Tsangarides Winery welcomes us with bold Maratheftiko reds and elegant Chardonnay, each sip a testament to care and passion. On the rolling hills of Vouni Panayia, terroir-driven wines reveal the unique character of Cyprus — a taste of wind, sun, and earth in every drop.

Throughout the day, Maria, our tour organizer, guides us alongside a local winemaker, sharing stories, tasting secrets, and laughter. Wines are accompanied by soft anarí and halloumi, plump olives, tangy taramosalata, and colorful meze that bring out the best in every glass.
