Reservation & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed only after the payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total rental amount.

• The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before arrival.

• If the balance is not received by the deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without refund of the deposit.

Security Deposit

• A refundable damage deposit is required. It is returned after check-out if no damage or loss is found.

Cancellation Policy

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to new dates if the guest informs us at least 30–45 days before arrival. The new dates are subject to availability and seasonal price differences may apply.

• Cancellations made after the balance payment deadline result in the loss of 100% of the total amount.

• We recommend guests have travel insurance that covers cancellations.

Booking Confirmation

• Once the payment is completed, guests receive a Booking Confirmation Email containing reservation details, check-in information, access codes, and villa rules.
