Reservation & Payment

To secure your stay at LibraArte Villa, full prepayment of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking.

Please note that 30% of this total sum acts as a non-refundable deposit under any circumstances of cancellation. Your reservation is officially confirmed and locked in for your dates only after this full payment is successfully processed.

Security Deposit

A refundable damage deposit is required. It is returned after check-out if no damage or loss is found.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date:
Eligible for a full refund, less the 30% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show or early departure:
The total amount paid is strictly non-refundable.

Reservation Modifications:
Requests for date changes must be submitted more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival. All modifications are subject to availability and potential seasonal rate adjustments.
Given that cancellations close to the arrival date cannot be accommodated with a refund, we strongly advise all guests to secure comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate unforeseen circumstances.

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive a formal booking confirmation email.
